Cancellation Policy
🔸CANCELLATIONS🔸If less than 24 hours is given to cancel/reschedule, a fee of 50% of the service total may be required.
▪️NO-SHOWS▪️No-shows will be charged 100% of service total. After that, a deposit of 100% is required for future appointments. If you no-show again, or do not give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, that deposit will forfeited.
🔺DEPOSITS🔺 50% deposit is required for new clients and clients who haven’t been in within the last year. The deposit is ONLY refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of INITIALLY booking the appointment and it is more than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment start time. If a client has had a deposit refunded in the past, further deposits will not be refunded if an appointment is cancelled. An appointment with a deposit can only be rescheduled within 3 days of appointment time once. If an appointment with a deposit is rescheduled within 3 days of an appointment a second time, the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required.
🔹LATE ARRIVALS🔹I can not guarantee I will be able to take you if you are late to your appointment. If you miss your appointment due to a late arrival, I may count it as a “late cancel” or a "no-show".
